We aim to educate and raise awareness in the church and wider communities on Total Wellness - health, nutrition, fitness, providing holistic service which encourages individuals of all ages to set achievable goals and experience all-round improved health. We will also host interactive events where a collective of health and fitness specialists will share their knowledge on fitness training, weight management, healthy and nutritious food preparation and disease prevention
