Emergency shelter services, namely, providing temporary housing for children in the foster care system; providing safe housing for children and their biological and foster families; charitable services, namely, providing safe and affordable temporary housing for young adults aged 18 to 23 who are "aging out' of foster care, who might otherwise end up homeless, unemployed, or in prison, and for foster children not able to cope in a normal foster home setting, but not needing an institutional group home setting

Foster care services, namely, providing care and supervision of children, from newborns to 17 year olds, removed from their homes due to abuse, neglect or abandonment; counseling services in the fields of foster care and family support services; charitable services, namely, providing emotional support services for children, and their biological and foster families
