I am a consultant and a blogger. I am creating a workshop about climate and culture, and I am in the process of writing a blog, about how Climate and culture are a work of HEART (could easily be turned into education, classroom management, etc). Have clear expectations and procedures. Empower learners to own their environment and education. Allow room for growth and grace. Refrain from negatives. Treat every learner as if they were going to Harvard. As this is a proprietary workshop, given globally, and I'm going to be posting a blog about it, I often get competitors who steal my ideas. I want to coin this phrase and the acronym as mine.
