Arranging and conducting classes, seminars, conferences and workshops in the field of education, support services and life development of educationally underserved students in the elementary, middle and high school levels within the public school system, their families, and the surrounding community, and distributing course materials in connection therewith; utilizing facilities for the benefit of underserved students and the surrounding community; Identifying, recruiting and training educational leaders to operate and teach in public schools serving educationally underserved students in the elementary, middle, and high school levels; developing educational materials and culturally relevant curriculum in the field of elementary, middle, and high school education for underserved students within the public school system; analyzing educational tests scores and data of educationally underserved students within the public school system; providing courses of instruction for educationally underserved students at the elementary, middle, and high school levels within the public school system as well as the surrounding underserved community, and distributing course materials in connection therewith; all of the above provided on a non-profit basis
