Providing consultation services that assist human service organizations with development, revision, and/or implementation of organizational and service delivery systems to improve organizational performance. Services are provided through direct onsite consultation, through web-based technology (such as access to resources, such as documents, trainings, and various tools via a website, web-based communication tools, and email), telephonic communications, and software products. Services are designed to assist organizations with meeting national standards for health care providers, and to assist organizations with designing, revising, and/or implementing common and standard business operational and service delivery systems. Services are supported by education and training programs developed, designed, and provided to meet individual organizational training needs. Assisting human service organizations with the preparation to obtain, and with the process of maintaining, official approval and certification by national standard organizations; Services provided include: researching, evaluating, and analyzing the status of organizations in the process of gaining and maintaining official approval and certification by national standards organizations; preparing, creating, and assisting in the implementation of action plans for human service organizations for the purpose of gaining official approval and certification by national standards organizations; creating, developing, and assisting in the implementation of organization development, program development, policies, procedures, strategic planning, productivity enhancement, communication enhancement, and organizational health assessments
