performing all intermediary services for birth parents and adopting families ancillary to the placement of infants and children, namely - pre-birth counseling with the biological parents and adopting parents, assisting biological parents in identifying family alternatives, making arrangements for medical insurance and proper healthcare, preparing biological parents for the termination of their rights, preparing adopting parents for the adoption placement, supervising the placement for a period of several months after birth, participating in court proceedings to consent to the adoption, providing further counseling services to the biological parents and facilitating the exchange of information between biological parents and adopting parents regarding the health and development of the child
