Mobile, transportable and fixed integrated directed energy systems utilizing laser induced plasma channeling technology comprised of lasers and electrical power supplies for use in disabling vehicles and electronic systems, namely, computers and communications equipment in the nature of a stand-alone mission device for use in lethal and non-lethal counter personnel applications and special uses for military and non-military purposes; high voltage pulse power supplies, namely, high voltage generation equipment incorporating user interface, instrumentation and operating manuals for conducting testing of high voltage pulse effects; optical systems comprised of imaging systems comprised of lasers, focusing optics, receiving optics, detectors, and computer software for processing images, imaging sensors and energy sensors, measurement devices, namely, voltage and current and associated electronic equipment, namely, high voltage generators, oscilloscopes, power meters and volt meters to control the optical systems and collect data for conducting laser testing
