Charitable outreach services being educational services, namely, providing training, informational courses, classes, workshops and seminars for American Citizens (AMCITs), Lawful Permanent Residents (LPRs), US Visa holders (including SIVs), Afghans referred to the US Refugee Admissions Program (USRAP), Afghan allies and their families, and others impacted by the US mission in Afghanistan who are adapting to resettlement in the United States, including on the subjects of developing life communication skills, language and social skills, high-school education equivalency certification, obtaining employment, job interviewing training, obtaining health and childcare resources, finding housing, understanding area transportation systems, and how to become a United States citizen
