Educational services, namely providing resources for a variety of programs aimed at encouraging African American Male students to graduate from high school and attend and graduate from college and universities in the nature of college-preparatory programs, summer bridge programs to provide exposure to college campuses, reading programs, writing programs, mathematic programs, time management programs, library skills programs, academic and social enhancement programs, personal development programs, and career development programs, which are funded by the University System of Georgia (USG), and administered by colleges and universities of the USG.
