Vapor recovery and oxygen removal apparatuses and control systems comprised primarily of gas scrubbing and purifying apparatuses, regulating accessories and sensors for gas pipes, vacuum pumps, liquid knock-out separator drums or blow cases, and activated carbon which are used to reduce oxygen ingestion into storage tanks from condensate and crude oil loading facilities by capturing volatile organic compounds from a vapor stream before releasing the balance of the vapor stream, which includes oxygen, into the atmosphere which reduces overall emissions and improves safety in the loading process, minimizes volatile organic compounds emissions and the atmospheric release of undesirable combustible gasses, and improves liquid and natural gas recovery in oil and gas downstream operations, in storage tanks, and in tanker truck loading operations of crude oil and condensate
