Scientific, research, navigation, surveying, photographic, cinematographic, audiovisual, optical, acoustical, weighing, measuring, signaling, detecting, inspecting, checking in the nature of supervising, controlling, regulating and life-saving apparatus and instruments, namely, nonlethal ground-based airspace monitoring and surveillance systems comprised of cameras for the visible and infrared spectral range; recorded and downloadable computer software for the fusion of data from different optical sensors and data analysis of the data derived from the different sensors for nonlethal ground-based airspace monitoring and surveillance; downloadable and recorded computer software for monitoring, analyzing, controlling and running physical world operations, namely, for operating nonlethal ground-based airspace monitoring and surveillance systems comprised of cameras and antennas; video and infrared equipment, namely, infrared cameras and antennas each for the purpose of situational awareness for nonlethal ground-based airspace monitoring and surveillance; all above-mentioned goods in connection with nonlethal airspace monitoring or airspace surveillance systems only, and none of the goods in connection with locating receivers, environmental monitoring devices or related software, except for airspace monitoring and airspace surveillance

Installation, maintenance and repair of infrared equipment, surveillance cameras, camera modules capable of auto tracking, comprising aforementioned cameras, all being parts of nonlethal ground-based airspace monitoring and surveillance systems; all of the above-mentioned services in connection with airspace monitoring or airspace surveillance systems only

Telecommunication services, namely, transmission of data in the field of nonlethal ground-based airspace monitoring and surveillance, and information data transfer by telecommunications and electronic data transmission; all of the above-mentioned services in connection with airspace monitoring or airspace surveillance systems only

Scientific and technological services, namely, research and design in the field of nonlethal ground-based airspace monitoring and surveillance systems; all above-mentioned services in connection with airspace monitoring or airspace surveillance systems only
