American Skilled Labor Association (ASLA)'s project is to provide skilled employees for Arkansas' Workforce by bridging the gap among businesses, mentors, and potential employees by ensuring the availability of employees who have the aptitude but lack the experience to succeed in their chosen career path. While we are targeting the automotive industry, we strongly feel that other industries will be added to this apprentice program once it is fully functional. ASLA is an IRS 501c3 nonprofit with an apprenticeship program that has been approved by the U.S. Department of Labor

Educational services, namely, providing Hands-on curriculum and progress reports for mentors to train apprentices to become Automotive Technicians. Furthermore to provide the apprentices' wage schedule to the United States Department of Labor
