C. AMERICANA PICTURES CLARIFIES ITS IDENTIFICATION OF SERVICES As requested, Americana Pictures clarifies its identification of services. It does not intend to market motion pictures produced by others, so the Class 35 identification suggested by the Examining Attorney is unnecessary. As to the Class 41 identification, Americana Pictures clarifies that its services should be identified as follows: Class 41 Development of motion pictures, namely, writing/contracting for copyright protected scripts (screenplays), to be used as the basis for motion pictures; producing motion pictures, including pre-production activities such as fundraising, budgeting, scheduling, organizing, and contracting with actors and vendors, actual production activities such as filming/videotaping with actors and crew at various locations, and post-production activities, including editing, scoring, and special effects; and marketing and licensing the completed motion picture to all appropriate markets and territories. D. MULTIPLE CLASS APPLICATION Given that Americana Pictures has clarified its identification of services as on the Class 41 identification, it respectfully submits that it should not be required to pay an additional filing fee
