I believe that I am correct in the understanding that Classification 035 refers to services that a business provides for another business or to other natural persons. As we are involved in the selling of nutraceuticals, we may more accurately fall within Classification 005. If we abandon the attempt to register under 035 and instead pursue registration under 005, is it acceptable to describe our business as "nutritional supplements designed for general wellness " In the alternative, can we use "dietary supplements, intended to supplement a normal diet or to have health benefits "
