Franchise services in the nature of providing business management consultation in the establishment and operation of centers that provide notary public services, education services for mediators and arbitrators in dispute resolution and communication skills, mediator and arbitrator certification, alternative dispute resolution services for domestic, civil, commercial, workplace, and international disputes, namely, facilitation of dialogues and meetings between and among disputing parties, mediation services, and arbitration services based on academic and proprietary dispute resolution models and techniques supported by research analytics; mediation and conclusion of commercial transactions for others; mediation of agreements regarding the sale and purchase of goods; mediation of contracts for purchase and sale of products; mediation of trade business for third parties; all of the aforementioned services are not associated with charitable fundraising, providing medical services, international relief projects, or targeted to assisting victims of disasters and conflicts in underdeveloped countries or elsewhere, or concerned with promoting public awareness of populations at risk from disasters or armed conflicts
