Conducting medical device and pharmaceutical clinical studies and trials for others, namely, conducting early phase clinical research, observational studies and Phase I and II clinical trials for medical devices and pharmaceuticals; conducting clinical trials for others; providing clinical research information in the field of clinical trials, including data and information to support scientific advancements and unmet clinical needs for use with preparing documentation for presentations to Institutional Review Boards, Subjects for consenting into trials and the Food and Drug Administration
