Small and large group classes, individual private sessions, workshops, training and bodywork to help people of all ages enrich their lives by integrating various techniques from all over the world; These classes and bodywork sessions will offer different ways for people to give and receive, learn to relax, become more aware of their role(s), and create community; Some of the techniques from around the world used in the classes and sessions will be-- * Body movement and dancing to a variety of world music * Breathing exercises and meditation * Gentle contact with others * Journaling * Various massage treatments, such as medical massage, deep tissue massage, craniosacral and others These classes, trainings and bodywork sessions will be for groups and individuals; In addition, we will be selling products, such as cd's, dvd's, videos, books, marketing products and other instructional materials
