U.S. federal trademark · Serial No. 99422199
Indicating membership in a(n) a collective of running clubs that, by law, cannot be more than a certain number all on the same run without a permit. We wish to advertise each other under one umbrella and attend events that can obviously be much larger than just a 25-person group running a 5k. The aim is to give people choice, awareness of other clubs out there, a large social circle of runners to talk about running or anything other than running, meet each other and talk about literally anything. It's just more motivating if we see how many of us are out there, and it's more convenient because we can see a whole list of routes and dates/times to choose from in one place. The collective mark may someday show a sense of belonging, trust, standards, etc. We also intend to verify routes for safety. On a large scale, we will be able to advertise much smaller run clubs and help them find other runners. Perhaps some clubs will be very competitive, skills-heavy, or even attract members of a certain profession or social group (e.g. - Doctors Run Club or Tradesmen 5k Dudes...anything wholesome). Eventually, all these clubs would meet for an invite-only friendly competition and wear any uniforms they may have purchased for themselves, which could also show this collective mark.
