I seek to own the rights to the phrase "B the U" in order to sell hats/beanies, shirts, and sweaters with that slogan (or an associated logo) embroidered on them. "B the U" is short for balance the universe and is a personal moral concept I've followed for years. The concept is based on the idea of committing random acts of extreme kindness for no other reason than to counter the balance of all the bad things that occur in the the world. After years of people asking me why I do certain things, and me responding with, "B the U," I figured I'd protect the concept before I begin to try and publish work about it. I AM NOT seeking to trademark "balance the universe," rather I'm seeking to trademark the specific phrase, "B the U". Please note, I already own "BtheU.com"
