We will be starting a company to build standard batteries to power electric vehicles. Standard batteries will be swappable so that a vehicle that conforms to the standard can rent a standard battery at Battery Rental Companies (BARCs). The rental companies will eventually be located world-wide. This will allow electric vehicles to travel long distances and swap in a standard battery whenever the one in the vehicle is discharged. I plan on using BARC as a product/service trademark to identify batteries, vehicles, Battery Rental Companies, and other products and services that may be needed to implement this system
