Promoting public awareness of the need for greater access to high quality educators, particularly for those students who historically have been underrepresented in college attainment; analyzing and compiling data in the field of education, namely, data regarding students who historically have been underrepresented in college attainment and access to high quality educators; analyzing and compiling data in the field of education, namely, data regarding the recruitment, training, development, and retention of high quality educators; providing start-up support for community stakeholders in the formation and activity of a community collaborative through which they will work together to improve and coordinate their services for the purpose of creating greater access to high quality educators, particularly for those students who historically have been underrepresented in college attainment; public advocacy to promote awareness of the need for reform of the education system in particular related to the recruitment, training, development, and retention of high quality educators and providing greater access to high quality educators among students who historically have been underrepresented in college attainment
