The Trademark name is what I want to call my product, BevBLING. BevBling consists of a plastic bottle collar with an attachable snap on platen intended to be decorated before attached/snapped onto collar. The platen will be decorated with a 4" cut out (cardboard design) of a celebrative design and a related greeting. Example a 4" cut out of a birthday cake with "Happy Birthday" added on top of cake cutout. Once design is completed, it is than glued onto the platen, and the platen is snapped onto the bottle collar. Once completed it is slipped down the neck of a bottle to rest on its shoulders and show decorated greeting of Happy Birthday and a Cake design
