Home-based and community-based social services; foster care services; community-based day treatment programs, namely, family intervention programs aimed to prevent out-of-home placements of delinquent, neglected, and abused adolescents; supervised independent living services for adolescents transitioning from social service placement to self-sufficiency; respite care services-- outpatient chemical dependency treatment services for indigent adolescents; day treatment chemical dependency treatment services-- community-based chemical dependency treatment services for adolescents and their families; coordinating and integrating services for mentally ill adolescents and their families where the adolescents have had contract with the juvenile justice system; and in-home respite services; and residential campus-based and residential group home community based social services, namely, chemical dependency treatment services; sexual offender treatment services for adolescents; assessment and detention services provided at assessment and detention facilities for adolescents who have been adjudicated to required detention; and non-secure detention and detentional alternative facilities for delinquent adolescents
