BP GroupBuy is a procurement service that allows New Home Builders to leverage their scale by enabling Division marketing staff to sign up for BP GroupBuy Notifications so that they can collaborate with colleagues in other Divisions to reduce cost through group buying. Builder Promotions has a link on it's home page where clients sign up for the service. The company keeps a list of clients wishing to receive notifications within their client group. When an order is placed that is eligible for a GroupBuy, Builder Promotions' marketing team sends an automated email to clients in the appropriate customer group (clients who all work for the same enterprise i.e. D.R. Horton) and notify them of the opportunity to be included in a GroupBuy to reduce their cost through collaboration with colleagues
