This will be a service open to all licensed bail bond agents throughout the United States; The mission behind this company will be to provide agents with a central location to be put in contact with other agents in different states in effort to help apprehend bail jumpers/runners; There will be a registration fee and monthly dues which will be used to provide each member with excellent support and service; These services will include capability to fax information privy to any bail runner/jumper who is on the run in another state; This service will make the necessary contacts to other licensed bond agents in these states such as forwarding photos, description, addresses, and contacts needed to make a succesful and safe apprehension; Upon apprehension this service will make transport arrangements to have the fugitive transported back to his jurisdiction, also pay a flat fee to the apprehending agent; This service will also upon receiving necessary documentation re-imburse all expenses for the fugitives safe return i;e; fuel, food, lodging, airline travel, etc; This will enable bond agents to remain local and not incur heavy expenses chasing after high bond runners; They can allow this system to contact other brothers in this organization to help especially since the contact will be more familiar with their own state and locality, as well as being an unfamiliar, unsuspecting face to the runner/jumper; There will be semi-annual convention meetings to establish a repoire and enlist services of any licensed bond agents who wish to join; Also these conventions will enable the company to network and make any necessary adjustments to better serve our agents
