Call Activate is an intelligent activation system used by cable companies, integrated communication providers (ICPs), multiple systems operators (MSOs), and new entrant carriers (NECs) to provision features and services for Class 5 elements, Class 4 elements, Softswitch/Next Generation IP Based Switches, voicemail platforms, broadband and IP networks elements, cable network elements, and miscellaneous carrier network elements; Call Activate capabilities include the ability to pre-qualify orders to ensure that all data has been collected and is valid through a rules-based architecture; the ability to verify an order's timeliness and accuracy; the ability to automatically correct common errors; and the accommodation of new service types to support market tests and new product/ and/or service deployment; In addition, it provides feedback to the appropriate legacy systems to complete provisioning loop
