CAP-TAP II, is an FDA, NSF and UL approved Plastic device It has an internal triangulated three-sided cutter and when placed into the top dwell of a Water Cooler Dispenser it will, when a Five Gallon Bottle of Water is placed onto the Cooler,(Plastic Cap still in place on the Bottle), penetrate the Plastic Cap and allow the water to flow through the sliced opening into the tank of the Water Cooler Dispenser and eliminate any water spillage
