Educational services for severely at-risk children in the nature of early childhood instruction; Educational services for severely at-risk children, namely, providing kindergarten through fifth grade (K-5) classroom instruction; Educational services for severely at-risk children, namely, providing tutoring in the fields of math, science, academic foreign language; Educational services for severely at-risk children, namely, conducting after school math, science, academic foreign language tutoring programs; Education services for severely at-risk children, namely, one-on-one mentoring in the field of English language skills, culture, arts, science and technology up to the fifth grade level; with all of the foregoing provided in a trauma sensitive environment in which at-risk youth can maximize their potential to learn, heal and grow
