Construction of athletic facilities in the nature of youth baseball fields

Organizing youth baseball programs; charitable services, namely, providing baseball and softball-related sports equipment, apparel, and other sporting goods to under-resourced communities; educational services, namely, arranging and conducting seminars, forums, classes, workshops and programs in the field of baseball, coaching and instruction, confidence building and sportsmanship; arranging and conducting educational programs in the areas of reading, literacy and mathematics; providing educational speakers and personal appearances by players, coaches, and staff of professional baseball teams to promote community values and education initiatives; arranging and conducting educational fairs in the field of health and nutrition; arranging and conducting live musical performances; arranging and conducting educational events to promote health and fitness; charitable services, namely, providing tickets and player appearances to individuals and groups; educational services, namely, providing public service announcements via print and television mediums and with merchandise giveaways; educational services, namely, one-on-one adult-child mentoring in the field of athletics; providing summer reading programs in conjunction with local libraries
