Philanthropic services, namely, financial endowment of projects to promote and improve dental and oral health and the dental and oral health care system; providing grants and charitable funding to organizations that support legislation and legislative change relating to dental and oral health and the dental and oral health care system; providing charitable funding to enhance public policy, public advocacy and assist communities to build and navigate available resources relating to optimizing dental and oral health care for the purpose of promoting awareness of the need for optimizing dental and oral health; providing grants and charitable funding to organizations that support legislation and legislative change relating to dental and oral health and the dental and oral health care system for the purpose of promoting awareness of dental and oral health issues and equitable access to dental and oral health care and the need for legislative change relating to dental and oral health

Educational services, namely, providing webinars and on-line training modules, in-person trainings and live presentation for dental and oral health care professionals relating to improving oral health and improving disease prevention and disease management protocols, and distribution of printed training materials distributed therewith

Providing technical consulting to safety net dental and oral health care programs and dental and oral health care professionals to increase access to care, strengthen financial viability and improve quality outcomes

Providing scientific research services in the field of oral and dental health services to support, analyze and create person-centered care models and quality and health outcomes measurement approaches

Promoting awareness of dental and oral health issues; promoting awareness of the need for optimizing dental and oral health through enhancing public policy, public advocacy, and through assisting communities to build and navigate available resources related to optimizing dental and oral care; promoting the need for optimizing dental and oral health by highlighting the importance of the contribution of charitable support by others toward the goal of optimizing dental and oral health care; promoting awareness of dental and oral health care issues in order to improve oral and dental care by fostering relationships among national, state and community-based entities involved in dental and oral health; promoting awareness of dental and oral health issues and equitable access to dental and oral health care and promoting awareness of the need for additional financial support in the nature of grants and funding to organizations that support legislation and legislative change relating to dental and oral health and the dental and oral health care system
