vehicular tracking system comprised of a barrel-shaped projectile-launcher that fits onto the front end of a launching vehicle and is powered by compressed air, a projectile in the shape of a harpoon that attaches to a fleeing target vehicle after it is launched by means of a sharpened head that pierces the target vehicle, and a means of locating the target vehicle in one or more of several ways, namely a radio transmitter that sends a radio signal to a source allowing tracking of the target vehicle, a device that produces a loud audible signal allowing tracking of the target vehicle, a device that produces extreme heat which can be detected, allowing tracking of the target vehicle, and/or a device that produces visible effects such as smoke or flashing light that allows for tracking of the target vehicle
