Providing emotional counseling and emotional support services for individuals and families facing issues of both planned and unplanned pregnancy, foster care and placement, adoption counseling and adoption placement; providing counseling and emotional support services for individuals, families, at-risk children and youth experiencing issues with homelessness, violence, domestic or otherwise, abuse, sexual or otherwise, neglect, trauma, mental illness, addiction and substance abuse, child-parent relationships, aging parents and adult care; providing case; Providing emotional counseling and emotional support services for management services, such as, coordination of legal, social, emotional counseling and support services for individuals, families, at-risk children and youth experiencing issues with homelessness, violene, domestic or otherwise, abuse, sexual or otherwise, neglect, trauma, mental illness, addiction and substance abuse, child-parent relationships, aging parents and adult care; providing early childhood and parenting instruction and counseling; providing counseling and support services to; Providing emotional counseling and emotional support services for immigrants, including refugee resettlement services.
