Organizing and conducting education or entertainment competitions, colloquiums, conferences, congresses and exhibitions for cultural or educational purposes, in the field of wines produced in the geographical areas of the Médoc, Haut-Médoc, Margaux, Listrac-Médoc, Moulis-en-Médoc, Saint-Julien, Pauillac and Saint-Estèphe regions in accordance with certain, specific, or adopted standards; organizing wine tasting classes; organizing wine tasting events with music being entertainment services; training in the field of tasting wines; training with respect to producing wines; training with respect to protecting the environment

Quality control of wines; assessing the quality of wines, namely, product quality testing; tracking, namely, monitoring of wines for quality control purposes; authentication of wines; authentication of wines compliant with certain, specific, or adopted standards
