Providing assistance to Coast Guard members and their families seeking to obtain parental and family support in the nature of child care services, support for special needs children in the nature of childcare services, elder and childcare assistance in the nature of day care centers for children or the elderly.

Charitable fundraising services aimed at supporting the U.S. Coast Guard community; Providing grants and interest-free loans for active duty and retired U.S. Coast Guard service members, Coast Guard civilian employees, Coast Guard Reservists, Coast Guard Auxiliarists, their dependents, and eligible family members; Accepting and administering financial donations and contributions aimed at helping Coast Guard members and their families expeditiously overcome personal and financial difficulties; Providing financial assistance to Coast Guard members and their families for natural weather disaster recovery, emergency travel aid, education expenses, rent and moving expenses, car and home repair, funeral expenses, medical and dental expenses, spousal support, pet support in the nature of veterinary expenses, and payment of out-of-pocket expenses in the event of a work furlough.
