International development and humanitarian relief services, namely, providing a wide range of grassroots assistance, in the nature of working with community groups to ensure they are key stakeholders throughout the humanitarian relief process; infrastructure projects, namely, working with communities so that they select the infrastructure projects they most want to work on, getting their buy-in throughout all stages of the infrastructure project, working with local community groups to ensure infrastructure projects generate employment; community mobilization or democratization programs, namely, working to help inform community members about their rights/responsibilities, creating linkages with their local governments so that they can be better advocates, informing them of available services, cooperative development services, creation and strengthening of NGO's; working to develop community members' skill sets so as to help them through the process of establishing themselves institutionally, as needed, to continue local development efforts
