CORE Affiliates provides consulting services to small businesses that are members of CORE Affiliates. These services include the following: (1) giving advice or giving referrals of CORE affiliates members regarding financial services, (2) giving advice or giving referrals of CORE Affiliates members regarding information technology (e.g., setting up a network of computers), and (3) giving advice or giving referrals of CORE Affiliates members regarding economic research. CORE Affiliates is itself a small business that has a membership; to this extent, an individual that is an owner or an employee of CORE Affiliates may provide financial services, assistance with information technology, and economic research to other members within CORE Affiliates.
