financial management and computerized electronic funds transfer ("EFT") services, namely, offering automated teller machine and point-of-sale network services for credit unions, other financial institutions, merchants, processors and other entities, which permit credit union and other financial institution customers to remotely access their accounts; providing reciprocal interchange arrangements with other EFT networks; and providing ancillary services such as provisioning with encoding plastic cards, and provisioning ATM supplies; and providing all other EFT services which providers of EFT services are authorized to provide, namely, scrip and scrip terminals, prepaid cards, smart cards and providing EFT services via a global communications network
