The mark designates a motor vehicle or motor vehicles as powered by an electrically generated source, namely, any car, truck or variant of either, including electrically powered versions of existing models offered by a traditional automaker, new electric models offered by a tradition automaker, or the name of a company manufacturing only electric vehicles. As such, a three dimensional badge, hood ornament or other distinguishing likenesses of the mark would be adhered to any such vehicles, models, model segments or brand of electric vehicles for the purpose of model and/or brand identification
