The process is based on identifying and predicting the behavior patterns of individual customers. All areas of the company share these derived customer profiles and predicted behavior patterns. The individual customer behavior patterns are used to offer each individual customer 1) superior personalized service(s) that match their own behavior patterns and/or 2) personalized interactions, pricing, marketing and offers to that customer from the company that match each customer's own behavior patterns. The focus is to optimize that the customer's lifetime and tactical value to the company. For the Service Mark the words "Customer Centric Profit Optimization" are being registered to describe this overall process as a service that can be implemented. Once the computer models are built, I will register the models under the same name as a Trade mark
