A card or CD/DVD to provide user with pre-paid temporary debit account with fixed cash value. The use of the card provides secure cash less transactions at a POS site and as well as the internet or e-commerce. The user has the option to register verification (financial/personal) information with Cybercashcard database. This information is shared with the user's vendor on the internet via a secured communication means. The card is intended to replace paper money, traveller's cheques, credit cards and money order
