Training and education, namely, in-person and online seminars in the field of detection and prevention of cyber and electromagnetic pulse (EMP) threats, and in the field of cyber and intentional electromagnetic interference / electromagnetic pulse (IEMI/EMP) vulnerabilities or threats, electromagnetic pulse (EMP) threats posed by third party-produced components and software, and by devices, electronic devices and software; educational services, namely, conferences and seminars in the field of detecting and preventing cyber and electromagnetic pulse (EMP) threats, and in the field of cyber and intentional electromagnetic interference / electromagnetic pulse (IEMI/EMP) vulnerabilities or threats, electromagnetic pulse (EMP) threats posed by third party-produced components and software, and by devices, electronic devices and software; and distribution of printed course materials in all of the foregoing fields in connection with the conferences and seminars

Testing, analysis and evaluation of Internet Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) devices, control system components, relays, supervisory control and data acquisition systems (SCADAs), communication system components, computers and computer components and accessories, sensors and related peripheral devices and software of others, in order to identify potential cyber and intentional electromagnetic interference / electromagnetic pulse (IEMI/EMP) vulnerabilities or threats, and to determine conformity with certification criteria or standards; testing, analysis and evaluation of the knowledge, skills and abilities of the technicians of others in the field of prevention and detection of cyber and IEMI / electromagnetic pulse (IEMI / EMP) vulnerabilities or threats to determine conformity with certification criteria or standards
