Medical consulting services in the field of disease control, namely, development and study of processes, materials, chemicals and treatments for use in controlling and eradicating disease environments and work conditions in hospital environments, and other type health care facilities and other work and living environments in which risks exists for disease transfer to humans

Accreditation services, namely, developing, evaluating, and testing standards and best practices for medical environments, construction, upgrading existing facilities, and operation of buildings and real estate and habitat improvement for at risk disease populations in disease environments and work and living space; and testing, analysis and evaluation of services of others for hospitals, other type of healthcare facilities and other environments in which disease is at risk of being transferred to humans for the purpose of certification of the services and facilities

Educational services, namely, conducting classes, seminars, conferences and workshops in the field of medical environment design construction and operation of buildings and real estate and work and living space; and dissemination of educational materials in connection therewith for others in the fields of contracting, suppliers, physicians, other health care professionals, and environmental experts, and other persons who study environments in which disease is fostered and is transferred to humans
