Double Black Diamond will be a trademarked private brand of 705 Cambridge, Inc. It is a masterbatch additive modifier (a wet suspension or dry mix suspension) formulated with proprietary materials such as graphene and carbon nanotubes. When added in prorprietary amounts with other chemistry, the material causes a chemical or structural, physical change in a materials makeup. These changes range from improvements in physical to performance, enhancements of characteristics. i.e. changes in thermal and electrical resistance, inherent friction, triboelectric charge, surface energy and mechanical properties, structural, tensile, compressive dynamic strengths. As an additive or modifier, it possesses all the same brand ability of WL Gore Gor Tex and their ability to impart additional performance to other textiles. The name will vary with the market but our market is served by many everyday materials that can be made better: For example When applied to lubricants or polymers they are called additives or modifiers When applied to concrete they are called admixtures Other markets may call them catalysts In some formulas they may simply be called, nano-materials
