Dream Home Acquisition represents the steps I take with my team to work with a client to discover their wants and needs, define their requirements and find their ideal living environment. A dream home is a not always a luxury home, and finding a dream within a budget takes patience and careful consideration. This process includes a survey, and interview with a client to discover all their limitations, many meetings and home visits to review desired locations, family situation and desires, then I take the time to do a thorough search to find the closest matching homes. Then I take the time to help them plan how to acquire their dream and I connect them to lenders and contractors. I finalize my service with full integration search and support of their local network and provide them the list of companies in the area who can support their family and home
