Mental Health and Addiction Treatment Services, namely programs that use rhythm to help individuals cope with emotions, improve self-esteem, learn to maintain control over anger and impulsive behavior in order to help participants connect and communicate with others and envision a more positive life AND programs that use rhythm to help addicts overcome their addiction, discover and confront emotions that drive their addictions, and learn to master the connection between mind and body

Educational Services, namely programs in which participants use rhythm to promote active listening, increase confidence, increase class participation, learn substantive skills, including (but not limited to) reading, english, math, history and science skills, AND programs that use rhythm to build community, establish a classroom management system, and give teachers tools to unify and focus students
