We are a State of Minnesota designated Regional Arts Council funded by the State. Our services are to provide grants to artists, arts organizations, and other groups hosting art events in our Region. We also sponsor regional art shows and host workshops to help increase business management skills for artists and arts organizations. We do not sell any goods at all. We do provide art grants, art technical assistance for grants and other artist needs, and art show services that are funded specifically because of our designation as a Regional Arts Council by the State of Minnesota. ECRAC became a designated Regional Arts Council on July 1, 2010.
