Providing the following services: companion care for the elderly, disabled and other individuals, namely providing companionship and support in the home as well as arranging for and accompanying them to doctor visits and errands as well as arranging visits to museums plays, cultural events and other excursions; home housekeeping namely to keep the home properly functioning; organizational services for home and personal purposes in the nature of organizing closet space and other areas of the home and personal effects as well as providing scheduling and planning for home and personal purposes; concierge services, namely in the nature of making requested personal arrangements and reservations, running errands and providing customer specific information to meet individual needs rendered in the personal or home context; management of personal care and elderly care; in-home support in the nature of geriatric care management and personal affairs management; coordinating necessary services and care for the elderly, disabled or other homebound individuals; personal lifestyle consulting and assistance; personal chef services, including the preparation and planning of all meals; personal image consulting; personal shopping for food, drug items, clothing and other goods or services needed by individuals; secretary services for personal purposes; providing household help in the home; personal care assistance with activities of daily living in the nature of bathing, grooming and personal mobility; non-medical assisted living services; personal assistance in the home namely answering the telephone, mail sorting, bill paying; personal secretary services or assistant services in the personal domain; assistance in personal letter and memoir writing; personal security consultation and assistance; services related to personal pets such as walking and bringing to the veterinarian; nanny staffing and provision of care for children in the home; case managers to coordinate and provide legal, medical and psychological services for the elderly or homebound; coordination and provision of medical, quasi-medical, nursing, or therapeutic services for elderly persons or homebound persons; consulting in the area of health care services; conservatorship services, namely managing the personal affairs or estate of a person who is deemed incapable due to reasons of age or mental limitations; guardianships; escort services; assessing and monitoring homes for the safely of the individuals at home and notifying emergency services or appropriate individuals as necessary; providing in home support for seniors to increase the quality of their lives; and organizing group support for the families of the elderly or others with mental or physical disabilities
