Printed materials, namely, books, pamphlets, magazines, and instruction manuals featuring information regarding education grants, scholarships, funding for educational activities, training services, seminars, and research activities in the area of education funding and availability of education funds, advocacy activities in the area of education funding or availability, results of research activities in the area of education funding or availability, charitable information on educational grants and education scholarships, and community partnerships in the fields of school facilities funding, planning, organization, and design, and the education and training needs of low wage workers, early college high schools, where high school students may earn college-level credits toward an associate degree, improving the quality of the curriculum, teaching, and academic standards for student performance, schools as centers of the community, in which school buildings are designed as multipurpose facilities for the benefit of the entire community, schools to function in non-traditional way, with recreation programs, health clinics, before- and after-school programs, day care centers, computer labs, adult enrichment classes, and senior services

Charitable services, namely providing grants and funding to educational institutions for educational activities and services in the nature of scholarships, seminars, research services in the area of education; providing grants and funding for advocacy services on behalf of educational institutions and advocacy services by others in the area of education; providing grants and funding for research activities by others in the area of education; and providing grants and funding for conducting training seminars by others in the field of education, and research on education topics

Educational research services; publication of books, pamphlets, and magazines featuring results of scholarly research; providing lectures, seminars, and training sessions in the field of-- grants and funding for educational activities, scholarships, and educational research
