Empulse is an app to buy services for people experiencing homelessness from nearby nonprofits. Money paid through the app is transferred to non-profits located in the immediate vicinity of the user's location, who use those funds to provide services in the areas where homelessness is concentrated. The aim is to reduce homelessness and increase charitable giving
