Building window systems featuring optically clear window panels that use inorganic nano particles that are co-infused in a polycarbonate interlayer that is laminated between two layers of glass. The nano particles redirect components of the light spectrum to the edge of the glass while letting most of the spectrum through. The light that reaches the edge of the glass is collected by photovoltaic edge frame collectors that produce continuous energy from sunlight, diffused light, ambient light and ground reflected light
